Grow Eden Crispy Lettuce 100g

Crispy lettuce, also known as Iceberg lettuce, is a type of lettuce that is characterized by its large, round head and crisp, crunchy leaves. The leaves are typically a pale green or pale yellow color and have a mild, almost neutral taste. Crispy lettuce is most commonly used in salads, sandwiches and burgers, due to its crisp texture, it adds a refreshing crunch to the dishes and its mild flavor allows the dressing and other ingredients to stand out.

It is also a good source of vitamin K, A and C, low in calories, it’s popular for dieting and weight-management programs.
