Shipping costs are calculated and displayed during checkout.
We honor any valid warranty claims, provided a claim is submitted in compliance with the terms of warranty for the respective product.
The warranty period will differ from product to product. Please refer to the Product Description for further details on the warranty period of the respective item.
If an item is returned during the warranty period, please pack it well and send it to our designation address with no damage. No compensation will be offered for any damages on the item and loosely packed item.
Your sunglasses have been manufactured with the modern production methods in mind. Each pair of sunglasses have also been subjected to a comprehensive process of quality control in order to ensure that you receive your money’s worth.
If damages that can be traced back to errors in production are evident, warranty terms differ from product to product. Please refer to the respective product description for further details on the warranty terms and conditions.
Damages incurred due to user error such as spillages, moisture, neglect, abuse or misuse are not covered under the warranty terms. Failure to comply with manufacturers instructions for usage and failure to maintain the respective electronics accordingly will make you exempt from receiving warranty coverage.

Change of Delivery Address
For change of delivery address requests, we are able to change the address at any time before the order has been dispatched.
Delivery Time Exceeded
If delivery has exceeded the forecasted time, please contact us so that we can conduct an investigation.
Items Out Of Stock
If an item is out of stock, we will fulfill the available products to you and offer a refund for the unavailable items.
Upon dispatch, customers within Colombo & suburbs will receive a tracking link from which they will be able to follow the progress of their shipment based on the latest updates made available by the shipping provider.
Parcels Damaged In Transit
If you find a parcel is damaged in-transit, if possible, please reject the parcel from the courier and get in touch with our customer service.
If the parcel has been delivered without you being present, please contact customer service with next steps.
If you change your mind before you have received your order, we are able to accept cancellations at any time before the order has been dispatched. If an order has already been dispatched, please refer to our refund policy.
Parcels are insured for loss and damage up to the value as stated by the courier.
